Training Courses require Pre-Payment
- We accept MasterCard and Visa
Cancellations
- 30 days before scheduled training = 100% refund
- 29-16 days before scheduled training = 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before scheduled training = No refund
Re-Scheduling
- 30 days before scheduled training- No penalty
- 29-16 days before scheduled training- 25% charge
- Less than 15 days before scheduled training- 50% charge
Class Materials
- Trainee is responsible for having or renting necessary hardware equipment required for GPS training classes.
- CompassTools will provide all necessary training material for all classes in hardcopy only.
- CompassTools will provide Computers for all student who take a training classes at our training facility.
Postponed and Re-Scheduling
- If a class does not have the mimum number of students per class 14 days prior to the training date, we will postpone or re-schedule the class at a later date.
