All images related to specific memos, such as a document number or asset ID, may be designated to contain those parameters in the renamed file. Image ‘sets’ with like memos may also be placed into automatically created folders based off these memos. User-defined memo and GPS data as well as company logos may be imprinted under the image as well to provide a visual information-rich picture.
