Inc. is a geographic data solutions provider located
in Centennial, Colorado. Established in 1994 and incorporated
in November 2003, CompassData specializes in collecting
and reselling high-quality, spatially-accurate data
for Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applications,
as well as photogrammetry and emergency dispatch systems.
CompassData uses the latest in Global Positioning System
(GPS) technology combined with years of field experience
and a proven system to ensure the accuracy of our data
and our customer's satisfaction. |

reselling high quality ground control point
(GCP) data for the orthorectification of aerial
and satellite imagery. CompassData collects
ground control on behalf of leading vendors
of aerial and satellite imagery. CompassData
has collected over 12,000 GCPs across North
America and around the world.

uses existing features on the ground, such as
sidewalk intersections, to establish unambiguous,
photo-identifiable GCPs. CompassData uses the
latest in GPS technology combined with years of
field experience and a proven system to ensure
the accuracy of each GCP. CompassData uses a combination
of Trimble mapping-grade and survey-grade GPS
receivers, depending on the accuracy required. |
