CompassTools is
the Premier Nationwide Authorized Trimble Repair Center
for all of your Mapping and GIS Equipment. If your problem
is hardware or software, you will be assisted immediately.
We have fast turnaround and superior customer service.
Repair services are available for all warranty and
non-warranty equipment.
We are authorized to repair the

Repair Procedure
- Preliminary assessment over the phone with Alex Mahrou,
our Technical Lead Engineer. We will try to resolve the
problem over the phone.
- If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, a Repair
Request will be initiated with a description of the problem.
- We diagnose the problem and we initiate Repair Estimate.
- The customer approves the Repair Estimate before repair
begins.
- Customer is to FAX back the Repair Estimate.
