Repair Procedure
1. Preliminary assessment over the phone with
Alex Mahrou our Technical Lead Engineer. We
will try to resolve the problem over the phone.
2. If the problem cannot be solved over the
phone, a Repair Request will be initiated with
a description of the problem.
3. We diagnose the problem and we initiate Repair
Estimate.
4. The customer approves the Repair Estimate
before repair begins.
5. Customer FAX backs the Repair Estimate.
